Service Description

This is an excellent option for those who want a plan created for them but who choose to make their own purchases. After your 2 hour consultation, we will create a custom design plan that will include (but not limited to): - research - furniture, fixture, equipment and accessory recommendations - space planning - floor plans and drawings (if necessary) - rough price list for purchases You will be responsible for any delivery issues related to your purchases as well as delivery, installation and contractor costs. You only pay GDI for the concept and those items listed above.
